Applications are invited for the above temporary, full-time post working in the Strategic Partnerships and Projects Office / Integrated Research & Impact Support Team (IRIS) at Bangor University.

Duties will include leading on business development activities for a new knowledge exchange and skills initiative in the counties of Gwynedd, Anglesey and Flintshire - the Skills and Innovation Voucher (SIV) Scheme which is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UK SPF).

Candidates should be educated to degree standard (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area and have previous experience of working in in Higher Education, strong business development qualities, experience of successful project delivery and be driven and outcome oriented.

The successful candidate will be expected to commence immediately or as soon as possible, the post is available until the end of December 2024.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor with some travel across North Wales to support project delivery expected. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
