YOUR ROLE

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) processes. You'll play a vital role in meeting legal, policy, and contractual requirements while supporting the wider team in achieving QSHE targets and driving operational excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide advise to Operations on QSHE matters, primarily Health and Safety, Health & Environment, but can include Quality and Learning & Development in support of compliance and achievement of KPIs and Objectives.
• Complete assurance activity including internal audits and safety tours, in order to satisfy legislative, policy and contractual requirements and in line with ISO Standards (9001, 14001 and 45001)
• Provide support to external audits.
• Identify and develop corrective actions from internal and external audits and support Operations in the implementation of those corrective actions.
• Support the accident reporting process by progression accident / incident investigations and the ensuring the identification and implementation of suitable corrective and mitigating actions.
• Support positive reporting culture by encouraging the reporting of Near misses and Safety Concerns. Ensuring suitable actions are taken to mitigate and information is fed back to colleagues.
• Ensure that all colleagues are aware of relevant QSHE information by use of QSHE communications process.
• Report performance against targets to the QSHE Management Team
• Support customers in QSHE matters and processes, relevant to our contractual sites ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer specifications.
• Support L&D to ensure QSHE training is suitable and sufficient and is delivered and maintained in accordance with identified Risk Control measures

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• IOSH Managing Safety (required)
• NEBOSH NGC (desirable) or willing to train.
• Audit Experience (required) - ISO Standards 9001; 14001 & 45001 preferable. Willing to qualify as Lead Auditor
• Integrated Management System Experience
• Experience within a customer focused environment
• Logistics, Aviation, MOD, Automotive or similar industry experience would be advantageous

Food QC Assistant - Nights

Job description

A rapidly expanding, prestige food provider, offering pre prepared, fine dining experiences to a broad range of commercial and private customers, requires an additional Night Shift, Quality Control Assistant to join a busy QC team.

Based at a state-of-the-art facility in Bicester, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring that food meets the highest standards, before it reaches the companies elite customers.

The Role:

As the Night Quality Control Lead, you will:

• Conduct final checks on all food items, ensuring correct packaging per job sheets.
• Plate and prepare food items as needed.
• Oversee the safe packaging of food for transit to airports.
• Analyse food quality and feedback, and develop action plans with the Head Chef.
• Support inflight deliveries to airports during quieter periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Ensure all food meets the highest standards, is plated in the correct packaging, and presented per specifications, with special attention to allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Restocking: Ensure kitchen and QC packaging areas are fully stocked for the next day's operations.
• Preparation: Prepare fresh juices and smoothies according to specific order requirements.
• Stock Management: Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team regarding daily used items like milk, bread, and fruit.
• Time Management: Ensure all food is packed on time for the driver to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of food and allergens, ideally at a Sous Chef level.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of quality control processes.
• Valid UK Driving License.
• Flexibility and reliability are essential.

The Compliance Coordinator will be key to the successful day to day running of the practice. Be responsible for the timely dissemination of Safety alerts to all relevant parties within the practice. Be responsible for the procurement of all agreed clinical and non-clinical supplies, always ensuring quality and value for money. Maintain and oversee the mandatory training requirements of all staff members, escalating non-compliance where necessary. Arrange and coordinate internal and external training sessions for the teams as necessary. Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager as necessary.

Electrical PAT Tester
Electrical PAT tester needed for an on going contract in Oxford close to Bicester, Aylesbury, Banbury, Swindon and Reading.
Role

• PAT testing appliances and equipment at different sites around Oxfordshire.
• Ensure that electrical devices are fit for purpose.
• Possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Technical qualifications.
• C&G 2377 (PAT Testing) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving license is essential.
