The Resourcing Compliance Coordinator will act as a subject matter expert for the Resourcing team on right to work regulations. The primary objective of the role will be to carry out robust checks and auditing of right to work documentation and recruitment packs to ensure Dimensions Group is compliant, in line with regulations and in-house processes. You will work in partnership with a team of Resourcing Coordinators, and Resourcing Assistants, as well as other colleagues throughout Dimensions. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting new projects across the department.
Interviews will take place across the first 2 weeks of May via Microsoft Teams. Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held until the posts are filled. The closing date of this role may close early.
About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Act as a subject matter expert on right to work regulations, keeping abreast of legislative changes, ensuring processes and procedures are in line with home office regulations
- Performing checks on right to work documentation for all applicants before a full offer is made to ensure safeguard Dimensions Group from potential claims or fines
- Uploading recruitment packs to Docuware, ensuring accuracy and holding colleagues to account for any discrepancies
- Leading training for the department
- Maintaining error logs for recruitment packs for new starters and right to work checks
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of compliance experience
- Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills
- Have expert knowledge of right to work regulations would be an advantage
- Possess clear verbal and written communication skills
