Your Responsibilities:

Log, action, and record property compliance data to meet statutory and regulatory health and safety requirements.Collaborate with contractors to maintain excellent customer service standards and monitor their duties.Oversee compliance performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.Work closely with Housing Services and Development teams to ensure standards are met (e.g., legionella, cleaning, asbestos).

Responsibilities

• Perform AML monitoring/review on Trade post-transaction files.
• Review/investigate Trade manual screening alerts and red flag escalated by trade processing team for potential sanction violations in accordance with SMBC policies.
• Ensure that review and investigation conclusions are adequately and properly documented for regulatory/audit level review.
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data as applicable
• Perform daily name screening alert clearance
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc and resolve issues including handling stakeholder’s complaints and escalating all issues to Group Head / Deputy Group Head promptly.
• Other tasks as assigned by Group Head / Team Lead
• Regular update of Procedures and Manuals to ensure the group operations is in accordance to SMBC policies, audit comments and in compliance to local as well as related overseas law and regulations
• Contribute in key initiatives and other ad hoc projects as needed

Who You Are

You should have a bachelor’s degree with minimally 5 years of relevant experience. What You’ll Do

As an individual contributor on our penetration testing team, you are responsible for:

• Preparing and executing penetration testing assignments on our infrastructure assets and applications
• Working closely with the engineering teams to provide expert guidance and advice on remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Verifying newly discovered vulnerabilities in the environment
• Reporting security vulnerabilities to businesses, clearly articulating security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor, guide and support other team members using your strong technical knowledge
• Identify inefficiencies in the team’s workflow, suggest solutions and drive outcomes

This role focuses strongly on your ability to perform manual penetration testing on infrastructure related systems and devices. To be a good fit for this role, you should be able to identify security weaknesses and vulnerabilities in various platforms, and efficiently deliver security assessment assignments.

What You’ll Bring

Identify vulnerabilities and zero-day exploits though various means of analysis using:

• Vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus, Qualys, Kali Linux, AppScan, Burp Suite, etc.
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Python
• Good knowledge of:

1. TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, AAA systems, SSH, PKI
2. OS Security - Unix, Linux, Windows,, Android/IOS
3. Common protocols - LDAP, SMTP, DNS, routing etc.
4. Web application infrastructure - application servers, web servers, databases, cloud services, containers technologies etc.

Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members and share knowledge and findings with them.
