As a Warehouse Operator you will be tasked with:

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices for all Group companies and handling ad-hoc purchase ledger queries under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Coordinator. You will maintain the suspense accounts, ensuring timely authorisation of invoices, and manage the filing of invoices and matching with purchase orders. Additionally, you will need to liaise with suppliers for account reconciliations, collate company card statements and receipts, and monitor accounts emails to ensure all messages are appropriately addressed.
