· Reporting to Regional Sales & Marketing Director for a Luxury Swiss brand
· Planning and overseeing trade marketing projects in the South East Asia region, from the initial ideation through to completion - coordinate with relevant parties and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
· Monitor budgets and construction schedules reporting back to Switzerland on a regular basis
· Managing the relationship and communication with the retail partners, external project management team (if any), contractors involved, ensuring the project is delivered to satisfaction.
· Monitor competitors’ activity and identify new creative opportunities for renovation projects in the region.

Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Marketing with at least 4 years of project management, store design and refurbishing experience
· Experience in working with sales team, possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication.
· Creative, pragmatic and proactive
· Able to take a collaborative approach to design, through engaging in conversations around stakeholder comment.
· Strong communication skills with ability to influence and develop business relationships at all levels of an organization
· Excellent decision-making skills with experience in planning, organizing, as well as problem solving skills.
· Team player with high level of integrity
· Office location: Orchard |Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm)
· Candidates available on short notice preferred and ability to commit to 1 year contract.
