Role Purpose:
Passionate about Health & Beauty? Want to be part of an innovative, trend setting retailer? As the Social Media Executive for Store Social, you will report to the Social Media Manager with the goal to support & inspire the store teams to grow their presence across localized store social media pages and create highly engageable content.


A typical day in this role includes:
Work with the Social Media Manager and team to plan and implement the social media strategy with the goal to drive growth and engagement across the Superdrug social media channels, including store pages.
Be the key contact for store & field teams, providing guidance on best-in-class social media activity, latest trends and inspiration for content.
Build and analyse performance trackers, to report key store social media KPIs to the business.
Utilise social listening tools and work with agency & social platform contacts to strengthen & streamline store social media reporting.
Provide store teams with resources and support needed to activate key campaign and brand messages across their social pages.
Work with brand partners to host social media competitions & incentives to drive awareness of exclusive product launches across store social media pages.
Build exposure to wider social media tasks, including but not limited to content scheduling, briefing content agencies, supporting with management of social competitions and content creation (shooting, filming and editing content) for main Superdrug social media pages.
Be the eyes and ears for emerging social media platforms and trends.
Work closely and collaboratively with wider regional, digital and marketing teams.

Job Title: Commercial Bid Writer

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Working from home

Salary: £40,000

Key Purpose of the role:

After experiencing tremendous growth since 2021 across the full range of digital services, we're now looking for a new Senior PPC / Paid Media Specialist to join the agency as one of the 'more senior members in the department'.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with all Paid Media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta. You'll also be keen to get involved in the agency's direction and strategy when it comes to all things PPC.

Day to day tasks will include:

- Set up and management of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and other PPC campaigns
- Working with clients to take detailed briefs and gain an understanding of their target market, goals, and unique selling points
- Use the brief to produce a detailed campaign set up and online marketing strategies
- Maintaining, managing, and optimising client campaigns focusing, at all times, on delivering a positive return on investment
- Managing & optimising campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, structural, keywords and ad text optimisation
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service through account management
- Producing reports and analytical data supporting your work
- Working with the business development team to improve the sales process around PPC and pitching to clients
- Liaising with developers, other agencies, and designers as the role dictates
- Ensuring that conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place
- Support the wider PPC team with their ad hoc queries and at times, lead training and difficult client calls for juniors where needed

Minimum experience required:

- At least 3 years PPC and paid social experience, ideally in an agency environment or to a professional standard
- Experience managing campaigns with a significant total budget

The Ideal Candidate

Although experience working within an agency will be considered, we’re looking for an individual who has demonstrated the ability to manage multiple campaigns and engaged with multiple stakeholders.

- GA4 and GTM experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Google Ads Networks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage time across multiple projects
- Basic understanding of HTML
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in an agency environment)
- Experience handling budgets and dealing with performance targets
- Google Ads certifications (valid certs)
- Excellent understanding of online marketing
- Able to competently write Ad copy and structure campaigns
- Excellent understanding of technical PPC considerations including product feeds
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, with the ability to set up conversion tracking with support.
