We are seeking a Site Tradesman/Qualified Carpenter to join our dedicated & professional team. This role involves working at multiple project locations, delivering labour & carpentry services, managing contractors, & ensuring the safety & efficiency of both internal & external teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Organisation & management of all on site construction activities.
Lead & work alongside our team of Carpenters, Site Supervisors & Apprentices.
Coordinate with Project Managers to provide direction & support to contractors, maximising project efficiency.
Assist with coordination, management, & scheduling of specific project activities to achieve goals.
Interpret & implement project drawings & specifications.
Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, & Environmental Management Systems throughout projects.
Ensure completion of required electronic paperwork for site visitors & workers on a daily basis.
Assist trades/contractors as required, where safe to do so.
Other various on-site adhoc tasks as required.

Total Health Medical Centre located Yeppoon and Emu Park

Seeking a General Practitioner Permanent (full time) to join a family friendly business. On site supervisor for GPs with extra needs or on specific programs.

Total Health Medical Centre has a friendly team of 8 Doctors over 2 mixed-billing practices – located in Yeppoon and in Emu Park. These Practices are accredited teaching practices for both Medical Students and Registrars. The Practices have both RACGP and ACCRM supervisors.

Practice hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Saturday mornings (shared on a roster) 9.00am to 12.00pm.

Doctors choice of billing: Private, Mixed or Bulk Billing. The retirement and departure of 2 practitioners recently ensures new Doctors an instant patient base.

General Practitioner recruit will join an After Hours (on call) roster along with 8 other doctors. After hours includes Saturday work from 9am to 12 noon on a rotational basis.

Qualifications and experience: General Practitioner with AHPRA general registration + 2-3 years medical work experience.

Salary: 50% of gross billings OR $100 per hour for the first 12 weeks (whichever is greater).
