We are seeking a Site Tradesman/Qualified Carpenter to join our dedicated & professional team. This role involves working at multiple project locations, delivering labour & carpentry services, managing contractors, & ensuring the safety & efficiency of both internal & external teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Organisation & management of all on site construction activities.
Lead & work alongside our team of Carpenters, Site Supervisors & Apprentices.
Coordinate with Project Managers to provide direction & support to contractors, maximising project efficiency.
Assist with coordination, management, & scheduling of specific project activities to achieve goals.
Interpret & implement project drawings & specifications.
Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, & Environmental Management Systems throughout projects.
Ensure completion of required electronic paperwork for site visitors & workers on a daily basis.
Assist trades/contractors as required, where safe to do so.
Other various on-site adhoc tasks as required.
