We are looking for a Regional Sustainability Director who will lead sustainable operations to our client in APAC region. The Sustainability Director will apply subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support our client’s large and high-profile Real Estate in building sustainability strategies. Regional Smart Buildings Director

What this job involves:

The effective management of the Smart Systems will be through policy, governance and a clear pathway and reporting structure to demonstrate progress, success and innovation. Key deliverable's for the role role:

• Create and lead a program for digital buildings in APAC to take the portfolio from legacy non connected infrastructure to new generation cloud connected operations
• Create the framework, communications and processes for the workstream to connect our teams and stakeholders to achieve the set targets
• Partner with business departments to identify system improvement opportunities and lead the implementation
• Lead in converting the operational vision and needs of the building into digital building briefs, implementation roadmaps and measurements required for success

This position has the overall responsibility for the successful conclusion of construction projects. They oversee project managers, who coordinate teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard.
