As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients.

Your key responsibilities include the following:
- Providing personalized financial advice to clients based on their unique needs and financial goals.
- Delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Offering a wide range of banking and investment solutions to meet clients' financial objectives.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as the product or investment team to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Staying updated with market trends, economic developments, and financial regulations to provide up-to-date advice and guidance to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining accurate client records.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Min 2 years of affluent banking experience or 4+ years of mass banking experience.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI and revenue goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage a client portfolio, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possession of CMFAS certification would be advantageous.
