Hours: 38.75 hours a week. Core hours Monday-Friday 08.30-16.30 and On Call rota covering 24/7/365Job Title: Please note, this role is known internally as Maintenance Engineer - Plumber
You will be carrying out servicing, maintenance and reactive fault-finding and repairs on commercial boilers and other heating plants on various commercial, Public Sector, office complexes and some industrial contracts.
About the role:You will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high-quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. You will have a designated core skill (plumbing) and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence.
- To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
- Reactive service desk
Calls across relevant sites. - Take part in an on-call rota covering 24/7 support
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting the job.
