About Us The Richard Pate School is owned and operated by Pate’s Grammar School Foundation. It is a successful co-ed independent day school for 3-11 year olds in Cheltenham. In summary the role is as follows: • Full time permanent post, 52 weeks per year. • Salary £27,711 - £31,586 dependant on experience. • To manage the school’s Planned Preventive Maintenance programme (assisted by specialist contractors), perform routine health and safety checks and undertake a broad range of maintenance and other support tasks. These include acting as one of the school’s First Aiders at Work, and driving the school minibus on occasions. • Start date as soon as possible. Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: You will have a geographical area based from where you live so this isn't crucial. This position is covering Cheltenham/Gloucester and the broader area.
Salary: £17.50 per hour with an exceptional career progression plan to increase your hourly rate to £18.90. Any time worked over contracted 35 hours is overtime with plenty available (Paid at time and a half at £26.25 per hour rising to £28.35) so yearly earnings in excess of £50,000 and over are very achievable depending on how much overtime you are willing to do.
Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours with shifts falling between 8am and 8pm (Mostly 8am - 5pm due to daylight) with 1 in 3/4 Saturdays (Paid at time and a half).
