- You will be responsible for the overall integration of the production effort including but not limited to, the overhaul/repair of aircraft, engines, components, accessories, support equipment nd Calibration LAB
- You will manage a comprehensive, data-driven performance measurement framework to continually evaluate the status and progress of production-related activities by participating in daily production meetings and walk-arounds.
- You will provide direction to all program supervisors and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the product.
- You will plan work to be accomplished based on priorities and coordinates shared capacity.
- You will ensure that decision making within the team does not sub-optimize overall FRC-SW operations.
- You will give advice, counsel or instruction to assigned personnel.
