Typical day as our Business Process Administrator
- Handling escalated customer queries with empathy and quick thinking, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Collaborating with different departments to improve customer experience, spotting opportunities for process improvements along the way
- Analysing data and reports to track team performance to comply with regulatory and commissioning requirements
- Supporting with recruitment and onboarding process, working closely with our recruitment teams
- Completing monthly invoicing and using the Oracle system to raise invoices for customers and stakeholders
- Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes where required
- Promote customer, family and stakeholder feedback and log appropriately using our internal systems
- Order and maintain stock levels of PPE, stationery supplies and uniform

You Bring
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues calmly under pressure
- A passion for delivering great service and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction in every interaction
- The ability to interpret data and reports to make informed decisions and drive improvements
- Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
- A positive and adaptable mindset, ready to embrace change
- Excellent IT skill and knowledge of MS office
- An understanding of the CQC standards

- This is a full time role but are open to flexibility on start and finish times
