Position Overview

Business Architecture Managers reimagine forecasting, planning, and business performance management processes within our Go-to-Market Finance organization to focus on the most important insights, simplify workflows, and take advantage of the latest technologies. They then deliver high-quality data products to enable these reimagined processes, both by building data tools directly and by influencing corporate data engineering teams to build the right infrastructure.

This role focuses on token consumption analytics in support of our enterprise finance organization. Most of Autodesk’s largest and most important customers buy tokens and use them to access our products via a consumption-based model. Understanding how our best customers are using their tokens is essential for growing our business with them and for informing our overall strategy.

This role will also likely support other GTM finance teams and topics. We are a small team working to transform how finance data is used across Autodesk, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. We must coordinate our efforts both within our team and across the teams that support us, take on different projects as business needs change, and constantly manage scope vs. time tradeoffs to ensure we are delivering the most impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with GTM finance teams to understand their planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management needs

• Reimagining processes, data structures, and dashboards for simplicity, agility, and adaptability to keep up with GTM innovation

• Owning the delivery of end-to-end data products (pipelines, tables, and dashboards) to enable reporting and analytics that are automated, flexible, scalable, and action-oriented

• This will involve building and testing prototype data products yourself while partnering with corporate data engineering teams to build long-term solutions

• Identifying actionable insights that can target and improve Autodesk’s go-to-market efforts and inform the development of new products and business models

• Integrating your efforts into company-wide forecasting and planning processes and into the broader Business Architecture-led buildout of GTM Finance data

• Adapting state-of-the-art analytical and predictive tools for use in our forecasting and planning processes (once the appropriate data foundations have been built)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in analytical fields such as consulting, strategic finance, BizOps, data science, business intelligence, data engineering, and/or IB/VC/PE

• Experience with SQL and large datasets

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.

• Experience with product management frameworks and process design

• Strong abilities in project management, change management, and cross-functional influence

• A good listener and communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing consulting and 2+ years in a technical analytics role

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Javascript

• Experience building and deploying predictive models to forecast key metrics

• Experience designing an optimal decision support process, defining a product strategy to enable it, translating into a roadmap, and enabling it through technology

SUMMARY

The Senior Acquisition Manager will provide acquisition and subject matter expertise support. This support shall be sufficient to identify, understand, analyze, articulate, and ensure compliance with acquisition (especially information technology) contracting regulations, guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures. The Senior Acquisition Manager shall have expertise, knowledge and experience with the OMB and capital planning financial requirements and processes as well as USDA’s enterprise mission, strategic direction, and its IT portfolio to provide Investment Management with superior IT program management, business analysis, and strategic planning, formulation, and requirements analysis support and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

The Senior Acquisition Manager analyzes the agency’s procurement environment and ability to meet current and emerging customer needs and provide recommendations to improve agency IT procurement efforts. Support includes developing strategic plans for contract consolidations to gain efficiencies and cost savings. All recommendations provided to the agency shall be compliant with statutes and regulations such as (but not limited to) the FAR, OMB Circulars, and USDA specific regulations. The Senior Acquisition Manager incorporates industry best practices for procurement planning and execution. Additional support includes:

Works with business managers to translate complex functional and technical requirements and constraints to develop the right acquisition strategy for the program.

Provides functional context to technical requirements by serving as a liaison between the programs and the various stakeholders including Governance and the procurement office.

Assists Government stakeholders with managing Interagency Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding and Service Level Agreements, where applicable.

Facilitates the connection between finance and acquisition to provide a comprehensive, programmatic view to senior leadership.

Researches and recommends a course of action for complex data calls/taskers.

Advises on programmatic risks and making mitigation recommendations.

Provides business process re-engineering guidance based on observations of current processes as well as emerging requirements.

Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.

Our opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team delivering Integrated Communications equipment across various Naval platforms. • Creation of the initial Project Plan during the bid or “Demand” phase of the lifecycle through requirement capture, work definition, estimating and scheduling that will include all Milestones, activities, resources and any other feature that will require to be delivered

SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will provide project support to the USDA’s Rural Development Agency. Helps develop, coordinate, track, update, and report on multiple task orders within a large and complex contract. Administrative duties, such as developing and maintaining a document repository, supporting onboarding of new employees, or coordinating multiple meetings and trainings, will require a customer focused-candidate with solid organizational and time-management skills. About you

You have a proven track record in successfully delivering projects or task work packages, ideally in the Automotive sector but we would encourage applicants from all engineering/ manufacturing/ automation backgrounds.

The Role

We have recently won some major projects within the UK and overseas with prestigious automotive customers. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team running a portfolio of automation projects within the automotive sector.

You’ll organise and drive projects from concept to completion; working with our customers to devise, implement and then manage project plans (including PMP and IMS), including acceptance criteria and ensuring milestones are met, on time and within budget.

You’re a problem solver – regularly reviewing and approving risk management process recommendations and ensuring the impact of risks is eliminated or significantly mitigated, expediting any issues to secure efficient completion of the overall programme.

You’re a great communicator, driving internal and external teams (including sub-contractor management) to complete tasks within the acceptance criteria. Your customers are your prime focus, you’ll provide regular updates and progress reports on performance variances and impacts to overall programme performance. You’ll manage any changes that are requested, overseeing contract management and development activities.

You also have good commercial acumen, managing technical, cost, schedule and contract baselines.

Education and Experience:

Your role as a Customer Project Manager will be to manage multiple imaging systems implementations that vary in scope, size, and complexity.  Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration.  You will also be responsible for leading a team of clinical and technical resources for each project, to ensure the successful customer experience and guided by the statement of work.

Your role:

• Owning each project and acting as the primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips “back room” organizations for each assigned project/order
• Gathering information from the customer to create project plan and provide details to internal Philips teams who support the processes throughout the value stream.
• Gathering information and providing back to the customer to answer customer requirements and questions, to include site drawings, technical specs, etc.
• Coordinating with Philips teams to ensure required resources are in place to execute and complete each project
• Keeping the customer informed of project status and progress through frequent communication, in-person and virtual meetings and written project summaries.
• Monitoring progress of the project to key timelines. Working with the customer and all involved parties, such as general contractors, project managers, architects, etc. to keep projects on track.
• Ensuring customer site readiness for installation of Diagnostic Imaging systems.
• Forecasting revenue timing for assigned projects.
• Achieving revenue target within an assigned area or group of projects.
• Minimizing overall project cycle time and inventory, while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Assisting Sales with Order Acquisition.

• Demonstrated track record of project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in project management, construction or engineering, preferably managing complex projects or activities in medical device or healthcare settings.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $90,160 to $154,560, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
