Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Provide expertise in talent management processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
Facilitate change management processes within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Advise managers on employee relations issues and provide support in resolving conflicts effectively and fairly.
Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategy.
Support organizational development initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes that may affect the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Demonstrated experience in implementing talent management and employee development programs.
Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.66
Location: Lewisham, South East London
