We provide bookkeeping and accounting, business advisory services, cash flow optimisation, daily financial management, payroll and superannuation management, self-managed super fund administration, strategic business planning, and tax compliance and planning.
Are you an experienced Graduate Accountant ready to take up a full-time position in our Public Accounting Practice?
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with:
- Solid academic results in an accounting degree bachelor’s or higher
- At least 2 years of experience
- Strong desire to liaise closely with clients and provide a high standard of service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with XERO, MYOB, and QBO accounting software.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Develop and maintain cash flow budgets
- Prepare management reports for financial performance analysis
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS), payroll tax, and other statutory reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes for multiple entities
- Liaise directly with clients and company directors
- Complete and manage accounting workflows autonomously
- Collaborate with various departments for accurate financial data
- Maintain fixed asset registers and process depreciation
- Handle Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation, and employee records
- Reconcile worker's compensation accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet items
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial integrity
This is a full time position with a remuneration package between $73,152 - $78,500. The successful candidate will work at our Manly Vale office Monday to Friday.
