Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Experience working in senior new business sales role within the electronics products and Systems Integration Infrastructure.
Understanding of and experience of delivering open day and ‘lunch & learn’ events with clients and prospects.
Understanding of the market sectors in which the role will operate and ability to network successfully within the appropriate industry forums/organisations.
Must have experience working in B2B sales role ideally a multi-channel / distribution environment and have experience of selling at least 2 of the above product categories.
Ideally will have experience of strategic selling within an electronics product or components sector by self and through/with others in a team selling environment.
Proven verbal and written presentation and commercial skills.
Ideally degree educated (or with relevant commercial experience) and with a minimum of 5 years in a customer commercial role.
Proven track record of securing and managing high-value contracts with central government and / or defence organisations and / or System Integrators.

-Pursuing your studies to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours of a Project Manager

-Attending internal training diligently and playing a lead role in your upskilling and development in the workplace

-Assisting in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, under guidance of a project manager

-Working with the Project Managers to develop your skills on software to a proficient standard

-Working with Project Managers to develop the essential skills required to manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent relationship-building skills, are self-motivated, show initiative, and are resourceful. It is essential that you have a minimum of 48 UCAS points for the Level 4 entry requirements or a minimum of 96 UCAS points for the Level 6 entry requirements. The A-Levels need to include maths, and preferably a science (chemistry or physics).

We’re seeking a Project Manager who will oversee the successful management and execution of a diverse portfolio of hospital projects and programmes. This role is critical to ensuring that all projects align with organisational goals, adhere to timelines, and operate within budgetary constraints. The jobholder will be responsible for coordinating the administration of project functions, managing reporting cycles, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Additionally, the Hospitals Project Manager will personally lead selected projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive progress, troubleshoot challenges, and report updates to stakeholders.
