As a Business Development Manager for the company, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer and associates’ portfolio to increase sales. You are also expected to build and maintain relationships with new/existing clients and suppliers, educating consumers, improve internal processes and expand our business to new markets. Your other responsibilities also include:
· Researching prospective accounts in targeted markets
· Understanding the industry, company, and set market strategies to attract clients
· Set targets, manage and drive promotional strategies to maximize sales revenue
· Fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service is at best at all time
· Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new prospects
· Providing trustworthy after sales support and service
· Working closely with other suppliers and associates to collaborate and drive new business
· Identify areas for enhancement, implement process optimization and continuously strive for operational excellence and improvement
The ideal candidate should possess:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or its’ related fields
· Min. 2 years’ experience in a managerial position
· Driven and has a good track record of maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientated
· Strong leadership skills with positive vibes
· Passionate in the retail or luxury watches industry
· Keen understanding on luxury watches brands and market trends
