What academic qualifications do you need?

About The Role
To work alongside all guest services departments in a large shopping centre and an operational control room

Assisting in other general duties as requested by Senior Management and working towards streamlining processes. You will be working on a rotating 4-day-on-4-day-off shift pattern, 20:00 to 08:00, 42 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis. Main Duties:

About The Role

Overall Purpose of the Role As a representative of OCS Security you will ensure that an exceptional end to end service is provided as per the contract requirements. You will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and all relevant legislation is adhered to. Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role To provide exceptional first line manned guarding to the assigned contract.
All assigned duties are achieved in a timely manner.
Compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
To protect the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel through as per the contract Assignment Instructions.
All duties carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
To carry out any reasonable request as identified by your Line Manager.
Educational Level A good general level of education. Ideally GCSE Maths & English Professional Qualifications SIA License (Manned Guarding) Experience * Previous experience of working within a customer focused environment.
* Ideally has experience of working within the Security Industry. Personal Characteristics/Attributes for the role * Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive projects related to cyber security from concept to completion.
• Implement project-related changes following established business processes.
• Regularly report project status to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with various stakeholders;
• Architects, Board level, Project Engineers, Third-party vendors, and End-users.

Required Education
