What You’ll Do

In this role you will work collaboratively with other Software Asset Management (SAM) team members, Software Licensing Consultants, and Customer account teams. Essentially, the Software Asset Management Consultant will:

• Act as Consulting SAM Subject Matter Expert for our customers.
• Deliver SAM Consulting services relevant to today’s changing technology landscape and market demands.
• Deliver Compliance Reviews (Effective Licensing Position) for Customers.
• Review current software licensing Terms and Conditions, License Agreements, and License Contracts to identify any breaches or risks for our customers.
• Apply knowledge of licensing rules and use rights within SAM Consulting Services.

The Purpose:

The Technology Operations team provides operational support across multiple products, systems and applications in a multi-vendor 24/7 real-time payments processing environment. The team serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external operational and technical teams.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of services across different technology environments. As the Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with our technology partners, internal technical and service management teams, project delivery teams and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead a team of technical service delivery specialists and oversee the team’s day to day operational activities, set priorities and act as an escalation point.
• Provide leadership to the team including training and coaching team members through regular 1:1 discussions.
• Manage the operational relationship with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Directly manage technical deployments or significant technology changes as required.
• Participate in the after hours on-call roster and manage high priority, major technical incidents including communication (internal and external) and drive restoration of services.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• Minimum 3 years in a Technical Service Delivery Manager role or equivalent.
• Experience in leading a team of technical service delivery specialists.
• A solid track record of supporting and overseeing the technical service delivery of IT services in a 24/7 high availability, real-time payments multi-vendor environment.
• Strong technical understanding of payments environment, messaging formats, networking and cloud technologies – Connex switch, AS2805, tokenisation, EMV 3DS, AWS, Akamai, Confluent, Snowflake, Oracle DB.
• Demonstrated ability in guiding technical teams (internal and external) toward investigating and resolving issues in time pressured environments.

Your new role
Within this role you will form part of a team that will be responsible for the 24-hour operation and maintenance of sludge treatment and associated plant. This will be done by working to agreed standards to ensure the organisation meets its health & safety, contractual, regulatory, operational and financial targets. You will hold primary responsibility for operation and maintenance of sludge screening, sludge imports, centrifuges, odour control, Cambi™ process, water treatment, steam boilers, CHP plant, digestion process, return liquors, thermally hydrolysed sludge dewatering and sludge export.

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience of working preferably in heavy industry as an operator or as a Technical Operator before. • Assist with overdue collection of outstanding debt
• Process all new business contracts in LEAP’s billing system, ensuring all paperwork is complete
• Process all renewals in Zuora, ensuring all paperwork is complete
• Process subscription amendments as required
• Maintain Zuora processing documentation
• Investigate and resolve customer queries specific to invoicing
• Identify cause and solution for customer queries, working with other departments to resolve
• Identify and rectifying incorrect details on client’s accounts
• Assist with any billing processes as required
• Process receipts and ensure they are allocated to the correct debtor accounts in a timely manner
• Work with Finance Shared Services Manager to ensure inbox is allocated correctly between Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Ad-hoc administration tasks

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Customer service experience
• Intermediate MS office skills
• Experience in a similar role (desired, but not essential)
• Degree or qualification in Accounting or Finance (desired, but not essential)
