As the Regional Director of Sales for Honeywell Life Sciences in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team in the region. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and achieving financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
MUST HAVE:
- 10-15 years’ experience selling software, services, or consultancy to the Life Sciences industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales quota and growing the business aggressively for past 5 years
- 10 years’ experience leading cross functional team from pre-sales, sales, marketing, channels
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies & customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
