Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.

What you will do

The Plant Materials Manager is responsible for managing overall plant efforts to ensure a consistent, economical and timely flow of both purchased and raw materials to support the manufacturing efforts of the facility to meet customers’ needs and expectations by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and/or support team members.

How you will do it

• Manage the Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production Scheduling and Inventory Control functions.

The Head of Technology Risk and Controls will be responsible for the following:

• Manages the development of technology risk processes and procedures, and actively contributes to the strategic planning process for IT Develop programs to assess and monitor control impacts as change initiatives progress.
• Provides domain expertise to business units around emerging technology risk topics.
• Leads development of a technology risk management framework that defines how people, process & technology provide a secure environment and support business objectives.
• Develops technology risk management goals and objectives, and establishes standards and process/procedures, cost analysis, and controls by working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory mandates and requirements are addressed. Regulatory considerations including but are not limited to SOX, NYDFS, SOC1/2, and State Regulatory requirements.

Functional Area:

Leidos is presently seeking a Software Engineering Manager in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency GSMO-II Program. This role will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of Innovations and Special Projects from kickoff through sustainment, including project management, technical leadership, architecture, and process management. The Software Engineering Manager will lead a matrixed and virtual team of engineers to balance and maintain technical, cost, and schedule deliverables. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who will work independently to anticipate and address challenges in a fast-paced, remote-first environment to meet project objectives.

While this role is primarily remote one must live within commuting distance to Scott AFB, IL or Ft. Meade, MD for on-site support as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, technical and project management leadership tasks including:

• Project leadership of a team of Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Network Engineers, and System Administrators.

• Create and maintain the DevOps platform strategic roadmap, for continual process improvement.

• Lead the execution of multiple, concurrent Agile software development projects to meet cost and schedule objectives.

• Prior Software Engineering Team Lead experience (managing day-to-day operations of a Software Engineering team), including experience leading an Agile software development team.

• Full software lifecycle experience (design, development, test, deployment), including deployment to a production environment.

• Previous software configuration management experience, including release planning, managing software baselines, merging branches, and producing software builds.

• Strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership.

• Ability to multi-task, self-assign work, and lead a geographically distributed team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
