• Pre-Sales Support:
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their infrastructure and technology requirements
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and solution designs
  • Provide technical expertise during client meetings and calls
  • Assist in estimating project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
• Infrastructure Assessment and Design:
  • Evaluate clients' existing IT infrastructure and cloud services
  • Analyse data and diagnose issues to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks
  • Design hybrid cloud, virtualisation, and other infrastructure solutions to meet client needs
• Implementation and Delivery:
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to the implementation and configuration of solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the rollout of new technologies
• Ongoing Support and Optimisation:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for complex infrastructure issues
  • Maintain and optimise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Conduct regular system health checks and performance audits
  • Update documentation and procedures as needed

The ICT Department is at the forefront of designing and delivering technology and automation solutions that will drive transformational change, streamline process, create efficiencies and savings.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the core Digital Initiatives within the ICT Team. We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer, certified and experienced on the Blue Prism Cloud RPA platform, who can contribute to and grow our sector recognised RPA function and augment our pipeline of automation projects from day one.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead project development
- Develop and share development best practice
- Participation in new product release testing and enablement
- Build and support automation which are delivered to time, budget and agreed specification
- Quality Assure peers automations
- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution
- Identification and development of internal automation opportunities
- Participating and/or overseeing of multiple development projects simultaneously
- Participating in identification, development and testing of any new Blue Prism products and features
- 3rd line customer support for Cloud customer automation issues

Key Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a development role.
- Experience with the Blue Prism software
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven delivery experience
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible working in a fast-paced fluid environment
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
- Strong written skills to create/ update documentation
- Strong verbal communication skills at all levels
