The Cost Accountant will work alongside the company's in-house contractor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost Accounting

• Report to 'Senior Managers' in clear and concise terms, providing timely, accurate financial and management information.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Marketing and Recruitment Clerical Officer

Applications are invited for a permanent full time Marketing and Recruitment Clerical Officer role working in the College of Science and Engineering. The appointee will be primarily based in one of the three academic Schools but will have the opportunity to work as part of the wider College Marketing and Recruitment Team in support of cross school recruitment activities.

Duties will include administration of the student recruitment and admissions processes for a portfolio of programmes, dealing with enquiries from prospective students and applicants; involvement in recruitment campaigns; assisting with and attending Open Day and recruitment events. Weekend work is occasionally required to support Open Days and recruitment events in a typical year this could mean 7 – 10 weekends per year.

Candidates should be educated to GCSE level, NVQ level 2 in an appropriate subject (or equivalent qualification/experience); have previous experience of working within an administrative environment and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.).

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.

The successful candidate will be expected to commence on as soon as possible.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
