A rapidly growing, PE-backed organisation in Basingstoke is looking for a Finance Manager to lead their transactional finance function. This is a newly created post reporting into and working closely with the Financial Controller, overseeing 4 direct reports and taking overall responsibility for the activities of their teams.

In addition to providing inspirational leadership and strategic direction, the Finance Manager will be heavily involved in spearheading process improvements, digital transformation and automation projects to streamline workloads and create efficiency gains within the finance department.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?
