Your new role

You'll be working within and our long established and successful Engineering team, working alongside experts and part of a winning team!
In your role you will;
Manage and grow your own client portfolio, becoming a trusted advisor in this specialist sector.
Map the market and develop an ambitious sales plan
Source new candidates via a multitude of channels, events, networking activities locally and internationally
Provide first class service delivery to all of your customers
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve team goals
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you already be a successful technical recruiter, looking to evolve and progress your career leveraging from your keen interest in this exciting new sector. Key to your success will be your ability and passion for networking and engagement with your existing and potential customers via events and industry forums locally, across ANZ and internationally, and becoming a true expert.
Skilfully uncovering talent, organisations and opportunities will be paramount, so you'll have first class communication and engagement skills, and a strategic approach to business development whilst being effective in leveraging from leads and existing relationships across our ANZ Engineering team.
