We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident HR Assistant to complement our evolving HR Team. The HR Team are a close-knit team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about empowering our workforce of approximately 1200 employees. Within our team, each role plays a vital part, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to projects that align with your expertise and interests, including digital transformation, compliance and expanding our reward offer.
The role will be fundamental in delivering a high-quality operational HR service, supporting our schools throughout the employee life cycle, and assisting in day-to-day HR activities. As the first point of contact, you will use your skills to provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment and selection processes, processing new starters, contractual changes and leavers, and support the coordination of systems.

We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about HR.
Is CIPD Level 3 qualified.
Has experience working in a busy HR environment at administration/assistant level.
Has strong HR administrative skills.
Can use their own initiative to prioritise and manage their own workload to meet deadlines.
Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Can work effectively with and without direction.
Acts with integrity and professionalism.
Can travel to sites across the Partnership.
Is a team player.
Has an eye for detail.
