Energy Landscaping is now looking for a talented Landscape Gardener to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for landscape projects.
Design custom landscapes that incorporate elements such as plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, hardscape features, and irrigation systems.
Prepare detailed landscape plans, including layout drawings, plant lists, and material specifications.
Implement landscape designs by planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to plan specifications.
Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features using appropriate materials and techniques.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools, including mowers, trimmers, pruners, and hand tools.
Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of plants by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and controlling pests and diseases as needed.
Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and debris removal.
Ensure that landscapes are maintained to high aesthetic standards and in compliance with client expectations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked for billing and reporting purposes.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Landscape Gardener;
Proven experience in landscape gardening, including design, installation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors;
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service
Proficiency in operating landscape equipment and tools, and ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
