Job Description
· Co-ordination in recruitment activities
· Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
· Monthly payroll administration
· Prepare and submit statutory contributions and claims (CPF, Income Tax, Profamily claims)
· Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
· Administration of Work Pass Management
· Maintaining HR database
· Manage Group Employee Insurance plan
· Co-ordination in travel arrangement (Book flight and accommodation upon receipt of travel requests)
· Plan and organize staff recreational/team bonding activities
· Assist in Training and Development
· Assist in provision of HR related report
· Prepare statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires
· Purchase and stock up pantry items and stationery
· Handle annual maintenance contracts with vendors
· Verify vendors invoices, quotations and department filing
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant field
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Able to multi-task and work independently
· Self-driven and initiative
· Familiar with Singapore Labour Law
· Knowledge in Unit 4 Prosoft HR System will be an added advantage
· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
