A HR Generalists supports day-to-day operations & ensuring employees well-being. It plays a crucial role for all Organisation and employee balance in work task. It requires to make decision and uphold Company HR Policy comparing HR Laws. Working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Daily attendance & OT updates and rectification. Ensure is accurate. (Daily Process)
· Submission of Attendance to Finance by month end. (FOR PAYROLL PROCESS)
· Manage IR8A, CPF submission.
· Well Vast in Application of WP-M,WP-C,WP-M-NTS,SP,EP,MOM Survey & all work pass. Manage Company MOM Portal, OED Submission.
· Memo & Letter typing for all HR related matters.
· Manage Training & Development Schedule for Staffs (Inter & External)ISO - CSOC, MSOC, Coretrade..
· Perform HR software Management maintenance.
· Upkeep and maintenance of Tenancy Agreements for factory, Warehouse, Dormitory.
· Employee First Day Orientation Program.
· Administer All Insurances. (Fire, Public Liabilities, Worker’s MI, WICA..etc)
· Issuing Of laptop & Safety Equipment to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
· Employee Relations & Problem solving between employee conflict.
· Upkeep HR Policies
· Arrange Overseas Accommodations, Transport connection for Staff or Manager for training or Business Trip.
· To provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries (when requires)
· Ed-hoc duties related to HR Matters.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent Experience.
· At least 2 years’ experience in Infortech HR software is a advantage.
· Previous experience in Manufacturing will be advantageous.
· Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
· Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices
· Experience in communicating with all levels of staff
· Proficient IT skills - MS Office, Excel & Power Point.
· Able to cohesively working in strong team player.
