1. Responsible for manpower planning and the entire recruitment program including employee retention, turnover and career fairs.
2. Deals with Hospitalization & Surgical and Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
3. Oversees employee attendance and working schedule, duty roster and control of the scheduled work shifts, approval for leaves.
4. Oversees work pass applications, renewal and cancellation.
5. Manages the HR program (e-leave/e-attendance/staff housing Inspex) and liaise with system vendors on maintenance and servicing.
6. Oversees on-boarding process for all new hires, off-boarding for termination /resignation cases including exit clearance.
7. Prepares HR monthly report & process statutory board surveys.
8. Assists in industrial relations issues.
Education & Work Experience
1. Diploma /Degree in HRM
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar appointment/ capacity within hospitality industry.
3. A team-player who is hands-on, proactive and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Good knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and regulations
