As we scale our business across ANZ, we are looking for a proven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our global TA team.
About you
- You will have a passion for hunting top talent.
- 3+ years of hands-on talent sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience in technology (ideally in the data / software engineering space).
- Consultative and empathetic approach (high EQ) in establishing and developing key stakeholder relationships.
- You would have gained experience across either agency and/or internal recruitment
- A strong background in hands-on hunting and attracting passive candidates.
- Highly skilled in Linkedin and/or Linkedin Recruiter.
- Proactive style of recruitment (not relying on applications).

About the role
Initially we are looking for someone to join our team on a 3-month contract with a view of being made permanent after the initial contract period.
This will be a hybrid 3-days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) office base role within our awesome Darlinghurst office. On these days we provide paid lunches, which ranges from amazing healthily salads, taco Tuesday to build your own burger day.
As a high-growth global technology company you will make an impact in the growth and success of our business within the ANZ region. You will act as a brand ambassador and use your skills in Talent Acquisition to identify, attract and secure the top talent in the market.
You will be responsible for proactively sourcing top talent for a range of roles across ANZ including software development, data engineering, delivery and product management.
You should be adaptable and have the ability to hunt top talent across other business areas of the group if the need arises.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Talent in the sourcing of high performing technology talent and driving candidates through the interview process.
- Drive quality over quantity when presenting candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong active pipeline of talent (including passive talent)
- Inform the business of high performing talent on the market.
- Achieve a high pass-through rate when presenting profiles to the business.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Provide market insights so the team knows happening in the market.
