Our Talent Attraction team are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant based in Adelaide.
Key duties of the role are:
- Focused on candidate engagement and prequalifying candidates for both BAU and opportunistic hiring targets
- Respond to urgent and complex sourcing requirements across different geographies with consideration to our D&I hiring objectives
- Work in collaboration with Executive Recruiter and Talent Attraction Leadership to define sourcing strategies for service lines
Essential skills for the role are:
- Previous experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team delivering complex Executive Recruiting projects within professional
services or consulting
- Experience in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships
- Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search led, team lifts, headhunting
