Looking for candidates with Large scale Change experience
Traditional business partnering roles, focused on liaising with key stakeholders in the business and supporting the delivery of their strategies and then being that linchpin back into their wider HR function to support on reward queries or talent queries.
The candidates must be comfortable with large scale change and have supported either individual teams or a whole business through change.
Essential that they have an understand of laws/practices and have extensive knowledge working in a unionised environment alongside collective consultation, terms and conditions and use of the Korn Ferry evaluation method.
Main focus for all 3 HRBP's will be on the change elements projects.
Would prefer someone from a Housing background but not essential.
Limited case work (if any at all).
Temping for minimum 3 months, depending on the pace at which the change process move could be longer and potentially move to FTC until end of March 2025.
