Solo Pasta is a trendy Italian eatery in Perth’s northern suburbs that allows guests to choose the length of their dish, the flavour – classic, beetroot, or spinach – then the sauce, either tomato, cream or olive oil. Solo Pasta is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
Agreeing and managing budgets.
Creating staffing rosters.
Planning menus.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Taking reservations.
Greeting and advising customers.
Keeping statistical and financial records.
Assessing and improving profitability.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Strong management skills;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to manage all the operations of the restaurant;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
