CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Resource Manager. This position supports a Department of Defense (DoD) organization in High Point, NC. This role is performed initially on-site with travels to Shaw Airforce base, SC; after ramping up, you'll go to the office once a month.
CACI is looking for a Resource Manager to support our DoD customer in implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end-user experience across the customer environment.
The position will lead our facilitation of staffing requirements between the program team, hiring managers, recruiters, security, and subcontractors to meet all staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing internal and external relationships, be adept at collaborating with SMEs to vet new requirements thoroughly and have excellent written and verbal skills to communicate directly with technical and leadership teams.
What You'll Get to Do:
As a Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between various departments within the Division team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and collaboration between different stakeholders, enabling a proactive and comprehensive approach to onboarding and managing all staffing activity and playing a vital role across all aspects of the program's business operations. You will serve as the main point of contact to lead all staffing activities for the program leadership team, support resource aspects of proposal development, and transition planning on new project/program start-up.
Ensure all staffing aspects are tracked, maintained, and accounted for in reports. While working within the role, you will be creating and supporting many of the core processes that are streamlined and operating effectively.
More About the Role:
Be the primary liaison to program leadership, hiring managers, and program staffing team to achieve operational targets with a significant impact on departmental results across staffing requirements.
Develop strategies with hiring managers to identify and recruit qualified personnel aligned to facilitate staffing requirements.
Assess candidates' qualifications compared to performance work statements and job Requirements.
Assess candidates' salary requirements to the salary ranges of open positions.
Provides insight on candidates being hired, meeting the role's requirements, and staying within budget.
Act as a primary POC and facilitate Government staffing requirements while identifying recruitment priorities.
Assist with identifying, screening, and referring applicants to hiring managers for consideration within the organization.
Collect necessary information for candidate alignments to propose and award to the task requirements, education, relevant training/certification, and job skills.
Assist government personnel with interview preparations, using behavioral-based techniques to determine if individuals met specific requirements.
Provide frequent updates to hiring managers regarding position openings and candidate statuses.
Track and maintain staffing metrics.
Perform liaison activities, which include maintaining consistent communication between CACI and teammates to facilitate collaboration on staffing requirements.
Perform other related duties working on standardizing vital business processes, drafting deliverables, and providing performance support activities that provide CDRLs.
Meet with Contractor personnel to formulate and review staffing plans and deliverable items.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement business strategies and plans to improve operational efficiency.
Manage day-to-day operations of the business while managing staff, resources, and budgets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
A team player who can interact with multiple people to complete the mission successfully.
Ability to work with Recruiting to ensure Job Requisitions (JR's) are posted to accomplish staffing goals
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
Identify and communicate with prospective staffing agencies to assess partnering with CACI on staff augmentation. Work with CACI Subcontracting on Subcontractor Agreements, Program Managers with SOW, assist in negotiating rates, compile Sole Source Agreements, Technical Assessments, and DD254.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
