The Person

• A comprehensive knowledge of the Global Rating Scale and JAG accreditation is essential alongside evidence of endoscopy competency through the JETS Workforce program.

• You will have a minimum of 3 years' senior experience working in a similar setting.

• Ideally, you'll have a qualification in teaching, together with some mentoring experience.

• You must have clinical assessment skills; a physical examination course would be desirable.

• You'll be accountable for leading, motivating, educating and supervising the Endoscopy Team.

Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist with a strong desire to work with adults with Head and Neck cancer or voice disorders in a friendly and welcoming team?

We need you to join our established team at Addenbrooke's Hospital to provide excellent, evidence-based services within the multidisciplinary ENT and Head and Neck teams alongside highly specialist SLT colleagues. This is a 1 year Fixed Term / Secondment post.

The role will be supported by a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary ENT and Head and Neck teams and participate in joint Clinics. Therefore, you will need to have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for skilled Therapists who are able to manage complex swallowing and communication presentations, therefore experience of independent working with adult dysphagia is essential and voice and/or cancer experience is highly desirable. In addition, experience working in an acute hospital setting in areas such as surgical voice restoration, tracheostomy, oncology, and oro-facial surgery is highly desirable, as well as previous participation in FEES and VFS assessments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team in a new Nurse Manager role. This is a clinical post and we are looking for a natural role model who consistently demonstrates the Trust values with a passion for supporting and developing others while providing visible leadership to motivate and inspire their teams.

In addition to other nurse manager duties you will lead on management referrals and provision of support/supervision/guidance to the OH team on this.

Occupational Health and Wellbeing is the Occupational Health (OH) department for Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) and other organisations including Royal Papworth Hospital (RPH). Supporting a workforce population of around 20,000 OH aims to improve the health, safety and general wellbeing of all staff, striving to create a healthier working environment for all.

We offer a range of high quality services including infection screening and immunisation, infectious outbreak contact tracing, management and self-referrals, fitness for work assessments, advice on sickness absence management, guidance on stress management, assessment for long-term disability benefits or ill-health retirement, health surveillance, health promotion, training and education, workplace adjustments and physiotherapy.

Occupational Health is based in a purpose-built building on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, opposite Long Road Sixth Form College.

The post holder will work with, and alongside the existing OH Band 7 nurse managers and mental health and wellbeing specialist nurse, and will support the head of service.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic communications and engagement manager to join the R&D Communications team.

You will be leading on communications and engagement projects related to the use of health data in research, with particular responsibility for delivery of communications aspects of the East of England Secure Data Environment project.

This role can either be office based (Barton House) or combined office/home based.

Produce content related to the EoE SDE and contribute to content on a variety of health-data and/or research related projects through R&D.

Identify and develop links with other health data research projects taking place on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

Support the development of internal and external communications, where required, by regular contact with partners, stakeholders and the R&D communications team.

Develop outputs including text, images, video and audio to reach target audiences and increase visibility with prospective followers.

Monitor new trends across the health data and translational research spaces, responding as appropriate to manage reputations.

Support the development and delivery of public engagement events, in collaboration with our partners.
