Directly support the finance team in ensuring that the organisations financial systems and processes are maintained to deliver accurate, robust and timely information which informs decision-making Assist in the production of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, reviewing reports and reconciliations; working within the constraints of monthly closedown and ensuring the timetable is achieved Assist in the month end reconciliation, including the production and posting of monthly journal adjustments and provision of supporting notes suitable for audit purposes Ensure that invoices have been coded accurately and authorised by the correct person prior to being approved on the system in line with the Scheme of Delegation Managing and liaising with internal staff regarding any Mental Health related queries
