Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions for growing the new business. As a Medical Writer, you will be responsible for developing research publications for our portfolio companies.
Experience level: 3-4 years of medical writing experience in healthcare/pharma industry
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Masters degree in life sciences, biology, health sciences or similar; PhD in related subjects preferred
Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore/Remote
Responsibilities
- Publication Development
- Write various relevant clinical publications like research papers, news articles, white papers, etc. for our portfolio companies
- Conduct a thorough literature review
- Conduct interviews with industry experts as needed to supplement the research
- Produce error free, high quality output within reasonable turnaround time and conduct sanity checks as needed
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders within the company to gather valuable insights from current and previous work
- Facilitate data analysis as needed to arrive at accurate results to support the research
- Organizing & Approval Check
- Ensure that documents adheres to the organization’s writing guidelines, and are appropriately stored and organized
- Ensure all necessary approvals to release the publications are sought in an ethical and timely fashion
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, health sciences or similar
- 3-4 years of writing experience in healthcare / pharma industry
- Broad & in-depth expertise in literature review, clinical concepts and regulations
- Proficient with primary and secondary research, and analytical thinking
- Excellent writing, editing, data interpretation and proofreading skills
- Posses strong command over the English language and familiar with medical terminologies
