Qualification & Experience - Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment. - Formal culinary training or degree from an accredited culinary institute. (Cert III, Cert IV needed) - Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and menu planning. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Creativity and passion for exploring new culinary trends and cuisines. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Profi ciency in culinary software and inventory management systems (preferred).
