Position: Food Lead Auditor (FSSC 22000)

• This is a new position due to business expansion, open to all races and genders, with a preferred age limit of 40 years. The role requires urgent filling, and buyout terms will depend on the candidate’s joining date.

Location:

• Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, Selangor

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Frequent travel may be required, including travel to other states.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and assessments in line with global standards and SGS guidelines.
• Lead audits, present findings, and prepare reports within the required timelines.
• Ensure clients understand audit outcomes, suggest corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Recommend the issuance, suspension, or withdrawal of certificates following SGS policies.
• Provide technical reviews for assigned audit tasks when qualified.
• Maintain and enhance your expertise through continuous professional development.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Refer commercial opportunities to the Sales & Marketing team and contribute to business growth.
• Support training programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in food safety management systems.
• Completed Lead Auditor or accredited auditor training (e.g., ACB-HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRC).
