- Understanding F&B related operational systems/tools/devices

Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new store design & construction project management
- Workflow and procedures for BOH and FOH. Maintaining highest quality of product as according to SOP. Ensure a low level of wastage of inventory and foods. Manpower Planning. Monitor the teams and work closely with them, making sure all staff adhere to health and safety standards.
– Housekeeping like storage areas, ensuring they are secure, neat, clean, hygienic and adhere to SFA standards
– Weekly ordering of ingredients and fresh foods to maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate all aspects of deliveries and maintenance of records.
- Identify operational deficiency and provide solutions to improve workflow and maximize productivity
- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Customer service satisfaction and enhance guest experience at the shop
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
