Responsibilities:

• Responding appropriately to incoming enquiries via phone and email and chasing to a conclusion
• Conducting site show rounds
• Liaise with external suppliers, prepare quotes, contracts and event proposals for events of all types, including internal and external
• Produce event detailed planners (including catering, cost, invoicing details, itinerary, room set up, entertainment, AV etc.)
• Conducting menu tasting while planning the event with the client
• Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities
• Develop events from proposal right up to delivery, including set, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, as required by the business

In this role:

• Experience as an event manager
• Skilled in project management and event planner

The role of Chef de Partie is to prepare food for the Restaurant, Bar and Conference departments to a consistently high standard to meet guest requirements. Also to ensure the correct storage of all deliveries while maintaining excellent health and hygiene kitchen practice at all times. The Chef de Partie will also assist in the training and development of junior members of the kitchen team to and the supervision of the kitchen as a whole.

Your day-to-day

• Contribute to the production of food items in accordance with instructions from the Sous Chef and/or the Head Chef.
• Be knowledgeable of the day’s business, i.e. know what reservations are booked in to the Food & Beverage outlets, be aware of outside events that will impact directly on business, etc.
• Be familiar with the menu and with any “specials” of the day.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion.

• Avoid unnecessary wastage, to observe proper portion planning and control and to act in a cost effective, responsible manner.

• Ensure the kitchen equipment is in working order; report any maintenance issues to Head Chef.

• Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen and all Food & Beverage outlets.

• Previous supervisory experience within a kitchen environment.

We are looking for a talented F&B Supervisor who has a passion for leading the team and delivering exceptional customer service offering customers a personalised experience. Someone creative, and an excellent motivator for their team to drive sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience through supervision and coaching of the team


• Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.

What will I be doing?
