As a Food Technologist, your role will involve:
As a Food Technologist, you'll join a team of experts who serve as the technical backbone of the Dairy. Together, you'll be the collective font of knowledge for all things food tech within the organisation. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry standards while driving business growth through development projects. Reporting to the Head of Technical & Development, you and your team will be the go-to resource for technical insights, guiding the company in all aspects of food technology and product development.

As the Food Technologist, the ideal candidate will have:
• Degree or professional qualification in Food Science/Production/Retail
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical/Compliance teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and legislation
• Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel
• Communicate kindly, constructively, and proactively with team members, suppliers and clients
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability while managing workload and expectations transparently
