• Responsible for the Technology Risk Management function for ACSM in managing technology risk and enhancing technology resilience.
• To oversight the current and emerging technology risk, cyber risk and security which could potentially impact the ACSM’s risk profile.

Job Description

• Manage Credit Card Finance Operation Function, to ensure that Settlement to Merchant and Card Scheme by timely basis;
• Manage Loan Financing Function, ensure that proper reconciliation being carry out by timely basis;

What will I do in this position if hired?

In this Local Hire (Hazard Mitigation Insurance Specialist) position, you will provide technical advice and information to staff concerning the process for flood insurance claims and the relationship of flood insurance with disaster assistance programs.

Typical assignments include:

• Analyzing and interpreting non-federal flood and non-flood property insurance policies.
• Responding to requests from staff assigned to the Disaster Recovery Centers, insurance agents, lenders, adjusters, and Federal, State and local government officials regarding flood insurance issues.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices for all Group companies and handling ad-hoc purchase ledger queries under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Coordinator. You will maintain the suspense accounts, ensuring timely authorisation of invoices, and manage the filing of invoices and matching with purchase orders. Additionally, you will need to liaise with suppliers for account reconciliations, collate company card statements and receipts, and monitor accounts emails to ensure all messages are appropriately addressed. You will also work with business support regarding procedures for expenses and credit cards, download and check expense statements, and administer company petty cash and related documentation.
