Finance and Administration Executive
You shall play an integral role in supporting the Finance and Administrative functions of SingAREN. You will be involved in Finance, Membership & Contracts, HR, and other administrative activities of SingAREN.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
· Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (billing to customers, follow up on customers’ payments, process payments to vendors)
· Perform bank reconciliation
· Maintain accurate records for billing and payments
· Process staff’s reimbursement claims
· Support preparation of management accounts, audits and regulatory reporting
· Monitor and renew status of financial assets
Administration
· Key liaison person for the full spectrum of activities relating to Membership and Service subscriptions, including new sign-ups and contract management.
· Minutes taking, scheduling and logistical support for meetings, including company meetings and visits by external parties.
· Plan, facilitate and coordinate company events and employee welfare
· Provide administrative support for SingAREN’s procurement activities
· Support Human Resource activities as assigned
· Oversee office operations such as replenishment of office supplies and pantry items
· Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements
· Diploma in Accountancy or Business, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
· Competent in working with financial data
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Excellent writing skills
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Self-motivated, mature, resourceful and adaptable
· Ability to work independently and as a team player
· Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
This is a contract position on a renewable basis.
