• Oversees attorneys providing legal advice and assistance to OPC investigators, reviewing investigative work-product, and preparing reports of investigation and recommendations, including for disciplinary action.
• Provides overall guidance and technical oversight of legal activity, including reviewing reports of investigations, and ensuring work produced by staff is accurate, complete, and defensible. Develops and/or edits high-level written reports and legal documents, as well as related communication for program planning and/or organizational improvements. • Oversees attorneys providing legal advice and assistance to proposing and deciding officials on discipline, non-discipline, or other corrective actions arising from administrative investigations.
• Manages the work of litigating attorneys representing the FDIC and practicing before administrative and judicial forums, including the Merit Systems Protection Board. Oversees the work performed by those attorneys, including litigation briefs, memoranda of law, pre-trial discovery, analysis of evidence and other legal activities and documents related to sensitive litigation issues, including those involving questions of first impression and with conflicting precedent that require extensive research, analysis and/or ingenuity to resolve.
• Represents the FDIC in litigation efforts and/or provides oversight, review, and strategic direction for the negotiation of the highly complex agreements and settlements. Tracks, researches, and monitors decisions to ensure consistent application of adverse activity and highlights anomalies for additional review.

Operational Planning

Successful candidates will be employed on a fixed term basis for 12 months based within St Helens and will play a key role as member of the St Helens Mental Health Support Team. They will have the responsibility for delivering the 3 core functions of an MHST to support the mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing needs for children and young people in allocated schools.



Potential candidates will have already successfully completed the HEE commissioned 1yr 'Education Mental Health Practitioner' course or the 'Children's Wellbeing Practitioner' course. Those currently undertaking the EMHP training and are near completion will also be considered.

As an Education Mental Health Practitioner, the post holder will provide high standards of evidence-based client centred care to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs within the THRIVE Framework for service delivery.

The post holder will be expected to provide interventions to children and young people and their families / carers referred into the service.

The role aims to promote the early detection and prevention of mental health problems across the whole school, and strengthen links between schools and mental health services.

The post holder will provide direct, ongoing support to schools around mental health and wellbeing. This will include:

Delivering evidence-based interventions for mild moderate mental health
issues.

Support designated school staff to develop a whole school approach.

Give advice to school staff and liaise with other mental health services to help children and young people get the right support.

The aim of the transformation is to provide a service which can offer a whole pathway of support locally, identified in both national plans and clinical guidance, which would include an inpatient and community service offer that is matched against the identified need of LSCFT population. In order to achieve our aims LSCFT MH Rehab needs to standardise the approach to the provision of these services; to identify and reduce inequalities and improve quality, ensure services are safe, effective, evidence based and informed.

The MH Transformation programme of work ensures we are working towards an end to end service pathway that will support people with the most complex mental health needs at the right time and in the right place.

Your role:

As a member of Loan Ops and Documentation team supporting Australia booking center within GWM APAC Operations Hub, the team’s key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and checking of credit documentation for Australia GWM credit products such as Lombard, Mortgage and Structured transactions. Ensure that documents are drafted in accordance with the Credit Approval, Bank’s policy and guidelines as well as any regulatory requirements with the required conditions and covenants such as registration of charge. Other miscellaneous documents include but not limited to margin call letters, pricing changes, credit cancellation and any other credit related documentation;
• Ensure accuracy of the credit documents that are returned to the Bank are properly executed and all conditions precedent are met before limit and/or collateral set up in core system for utilization. Update of the document status in the system to track and follow up on the pending documents with Front Office/ relevant party and escalate to Credit Officer / Management when necessary;
• Transaction processing and/or approval including Loan approval, SBLC / BG issuance, Funds transfers, Security and/or Asset transfers within the approval credit limit &/or collateral position.
