As a multi-skilled Technology Delivery Manager, you'll build, coach and guide multi-discipline teams to deliver within a mixed methodology delivery environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about contributing to our Nuffield Health purpose 'to build a healthier nation'. Who can deliver alongside driving forward our Technology wide initiative to be more agile. We are currently operating within Units and Squads with cross-dependency technologies, meaning we're looking for someone with great collaboration & communication skills.

As our Technology Delivery Manager, you will:

You'll be working within the Finance, Procurement and HR squad who are at the heart of multiple important initiatives across our Nuffield estate. Fundamentally the purpose of the Delivery Manager role is to enable squad delivery - guarding the squad's time, removing all things that are hindering or 'blocking' the squad's progress, so they can focus purely on delivering business outcomes without obstacle. Within this role, you will be responsible for implementing delivery-related ways of working changes that drive improved outcomes and productivity.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery/Project Manager with experience within healthcare - ideally with a real interest in the key areas of finance and/or people solutions . This role requires the ability to understand and manage technically complex deliveries. Within this role you will be managing complex dependencies across squads and it requires a high level of stakeholder and supplier management along with the ability to manage multiple deliveries in parallel - in a busy, high performing team.

As our Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivery, focusing squads on cost effective business outcomes

• Managing delivery risks and dependencies

• Squad Planning and Prioritisation

• Squad collaboration

• Ways of working

• Measuring success and continually improving squad performance

• Building and managing stakeholder relationships

• Being a squad's delivery advocate

• Supporting the Head of Delivery and Lead Delivery Manager in developing delivery processes & practices

An innovative and exciting global retailer is looking to hire a new Europe Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. This role will report into the current Group Financial Controller. You will have full ownership of the European entity of this company, being the first point of contact for all finance related queries across the wider business. This will be a blend of financial reporting & commercial finance elements, as well as small team management. You'll be working closely with the German office, therefore need to be German speaking for this position.

Your new role
Reporting to the Group FC, your responsibilities will include:

• Full ownership of the European entities, covering all financial functions
• Financial reporting & commentary
• Financial analysis
• Business partnering with other non-finance functions
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Managing a small finance team

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience handling both financial reporting & commercial finance responsibilities within industry (open on sector, however retail or similar will be advantageous). Small team management experience a bonus. Need to be able to speak German.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Managing 3-4 direct reports, and supporting their development and learning

• Managing and reconciling the Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
